2025 retrospective

As the year draws to an end, I would like to take a moment to pause, take it all in, and express my sincere gratitude.

Thank you for believing in us — especially when we appeared to come out of the blue. Thank you for every like, comment, and share, and also to those who quietly took the time to read our words; your attention truly matters. Thank you for your continued support, your interest, your thoughtful questions, and the conversations that followed. We have learned a great deal along the way. And I cannot stress this enough: we could not do this without you. You matter, and you are helping turn this vision into something tangible.

And what is that vision?

An ambitious one, certainly. We believe in freedom from constraints — freedom from the false trade-off between profitability, innovation, and quality. A future where menial, repetitive, and soulless work is delegated to AI agents, allowing humans to focus on what truly matters. A future where progress is limited only by the laws of nature themselves, not by inefficiencies, obsolete software or hardware, or budget constraints. An era where ideas are not merely imagined, but realized.

In case you missed some of it, here are a few highlights from Bizmuth’s 2025 journey:

We won an EU tender, becoming close partners with the prestigious Paul Drude Institute.

We were featured in CS Magazine.

We attended multiple conferences, where we had the chance to meet many of you in person — something we value greatly.

We secured a UK Government grant.

Bizmuth expanded its international presence to the US, Germany, and Vietnam.

At DEMBE (Germany), we presented the results of our AI agents in action: a 500% reduction in calibration time for a GaN MBE system.

We successfully completed our project with the Paul Drude Institute and officially announced our continued collaboration through 2026.

It has been quite a journey already — and we are only getting started.

So let me say this once more, clearly and simply: thank you. You are not just supporting a business; you are helping shape how AI and the semiconductor industry evolve at their core. We look forward to continuing this journey together and to welcoming you as pioneers alongside us in 2026.

All the very best,
Isabella & Faebian

One response to “2025 retrospective”

  1. This is a strong and grounded retrospective. I like how you balance gratitude with a clear vision without drifting into hype. The emphasis on freeing humans to focus on meaningful work comes through as thoughtful, not abstract, and the concrete milestones make the progress feel real. A solid way to close the year and set the tone for what’s next.
